You qualify if:

• You are a student or independent filmmaker/production company and your budget does not exceed $100 000.
• You are not advertizing a product.
• Or you are a charity or non-profit organization.

What you MUST do:

• Download the song(s) you wish to use from iTunes.
• Have a song credit for every track used at the end of the film as follows:

"Song Title"
Written by lionel Cohen.
Performed by "Album Artist"

• If more than 50% of the music used is from the dna-productions catalogue, you MUST have a title credit that reads "Music composed by lionel Cohen".
• Send an email to info@dna-productions.com with your iTunes receipt, and include:

  your name,

  the name of the director,

  the name of the film,

  the film lenght,

  the songs used,

  any public viewings or festivals you intend participate in.
